What are Giclee Prints?
Giclée, pronounced "zhee-clay," is the process by which a state-of-the-art digital printer sprays millions of drops of ink per square inch onto specially treated canvas or paper, producing a archival quality image with brilliant velvety colors, crisp contrasts and razor-sharp details. These archival quality prints far surpasses the dpi (dots per inch) resolution of traditional lithographs and is the world's preferred standard for fine art print reproductions.
Giclee Prints are very vivid, and have pure color and exceptional detail suitable for museum or gallery displays.
